Brian Coleman at Huish Marine Group tells me that, having undergone a six month refit, the 30.5m motor yacht Quiet Place is now completed and ready for inspection.

The refit included a new SiMon system, mechanical upgrades, air conditioning upgrade, new interior and much more. Designed and built by Broward Marine in 1997, her original interior was designed by Robin Rose and upgraded later by Marc Michaels. It features a full-width saloon with a dining area and she accommodates 8 guests in 4 staterooms.Quiet Place is equipped with twin Caterpillar 3412 engines, allowing a top speed of 20+ knots.

Now available for inspection in Fort Lauderdale, Quiet Place is asking $2.5 million.
