A quick call to Frank Grzeszczak at International Yacht Collection confirms that his and Chany Sabates' joint central agency, Trident's 44.8m superyacht Tajin, has had a $2 million dollar price cut as, Frank says, the owner is building a new 50m motoryacht and wants this one sold now.

Tajin is currently out of the water having a bottom paint job and had a major $2.5 million refit in 2008 including new paint and new interior soft goods plus a major engine and generator overhaul and servicing of all onboard systems.

Built in 1999, she accommodates 10 guests in a master, two doubles and two twin and, formerly priced at $11.9 million, she's now asking $9.9 million.
