Useless

On January 27th I noted that John Cohen of Merle Wood & Associates had reduced the price of Mangusta's 30.4m _Useless _by $500,000 to a new asking price of $2.495 million. And now John writes in to say that she's just been sold in an in-house deal. Built by Overmarine in 1995 to ABS class and refitted in 2006, Useless sleeps eight guests in a master, double and two twins and has a range of 450 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 27 knots.
