The 24.9-metre Swan sailing yacht Stay Calm is newly listed for sale with Lorenzo Bortolotti of Nautor Swan Brokerage.
Stay Calm was delivered in 2005 as a Swan 82S model designed by renowned naval architect Germán Frers. She has undergone three refits and upgrades since 2016, her most recent, from 2022 to 2023 by Nautor Swan Global Service.
Accommodating a party of eight in four cabins, the owner's double cabin is situated right aft. A pair of twin guest cabins are found port and starboard between the owner's cabin and the saloon and a further double forward of the saloon to port. Two of the cabins have additional Pullman berths. The saloon boasts brand-new cream leather upholstery, contrasting hand-rubbed satin varnish.
Twin helms on deck give excellent visibility forward. The deck is a carbon fibre pre-preg sandwich construction with a Nomex honeycomb core. Teak is laid on side and bridge decks, cockpit seats and soles, all new in 2016.
Her EC6 Rigging was brand new in 2018 and serviced in 2023 with a new 10-year warranty, while her Offshore Spars carbon fibre four-spreader masthead rig and park-avenue boom both benefited from a respray in 2023.
The broker pointed out that the sailing yacht for sale is iconic and "offers exhilarating sailing whilst not compromising on comfort and luxury."
A single 180hp Cummins 6BT diesel, complemented by a Max-Power bow thruster, allows for manoeuvring into port. Range is 870 nautical miles at eight knots and she has a top speed of 10 knots under power.
Lying in Badalona, Spain, Stay Calm is asking €2,800,000 with VAT paid.
