Clementine

Hearing that the 29.7m Ferretti Custom Line megayacht _Clementine _has been sold, I call her central agent, Andy McDougall at Top Yachts who tells me she was one of those deals brokers dream of.

Clementine was on display at the recent Monaco Yacht Show when a visitor came aboard, viewed the megayacht and made an offer on the spot which was swiftly accepted. So no other broker was involved, no months of lengthy paperwork and the deal went through last week.

She was delivered new in 2007 by Top Yachts and is a one-owner yacht built to RINA class and MCA compliant. She sleeps up to 12 guests in a master, two doubles and two twins plus two Pullman berths and was on the market at €6.25 million.
