I receive a welcome call from James Troup at Dubois Yachts to say that his central listing, the 42.9m sailing yacht Nelson, was sold last night with James McMaster of McMaster Yacht Management introducing the buyer.

Nelson was built by the Vitters yard in 2004 to ABS class and is MCA compliant. With naval architecture by Ed Dubois, her Dick Young interior is calm and minimal with detailing in wood, brushed stainless steel and oiled teak. Powerful and built to a very high specification, this superyacht sleeps 10 guests in a master, two doubles and two twins. The asking price was €11.75 million.
