A call to Matt Albert at the Monaco office of Yachting Partners International confirms that he, along with Will Bishop in the same office, has signed the central agency for sale of the 48.8m Mary-Jean.
Built by Campanella in 1981, she had a multi-million dollar refit in the Spring of 2005, including a four metre hull extension and extensive interior refurbishments, along with full Lloyds classification. Another upgrade in 2008 saw her hull and superstructure repainted and new teak decks laid throughout.
Mary-Jean accommodates up to 12 guests in seven cabins with a unique layout offering a master and two VIPs on the main deck and two doubles and two twins, plus two Pullman berths, on the lower deck. Asking $11 million, Mary-Jean will be available to view at the Monaco Yacht Show in September.
