German yard Abeking & Rasmussen has announced the sale of a 100-metre-plus superyacht new build project, known only as hull 6521.
In an exclusive statement, a spokesperson from the shipyard confirmed to BOAT International: "Abeking & Rasmussen is very proud to announce the sale of a 100-metre-plus new build yacht." Details remain highly confidential.
According to BOATPro, the project will exceed 4,500GT and, with a length of over 100 metres, is expected to be constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure.

It remains unknown if the new build will surpass the German builder's current flagship, the 118.2-metre Liva O, which was delivered in December 2023 and includes a variety of impressive design features such as a 12-metre aft deck pool with a raisable floor and a Neptune lounge.
BOATPro anticipates the new build project to be delivered in 2030.
The shipyard currently has one other project in build, the 80-metre hull 6516, scheduled for delivery in 2027, which was spotted for the first time in November 2025.
