Damen Yachting has announced the sale of the sixth hull in the brand new 60 metre Amels 60 Limited Editions series during the Monaco Yacht Show.
The latest Amels 60 has been comissioned by a European owner with delivery scheduled for 2024. The model will see the return of the design team that worked on the first hull, Come Together, with an exterior by Espen Øino and a custom interior by British studio Winch Design.
"This latest Amels 60 is a wonderful example of our Limited Editions concept," said Damen Yachting’s sales manager Jorrit Pilaar. The yacht will be used as a family cruiser designed for worldwide voyages.
It will have the same distinct windows and exterior styling as the first hull, while incorporating some key changes - including a "striking" colour palette, windbreakers and swimming steps.
The sixth hull in the series will be powered by a hybrid propulsion system and offers 830GT that allows plenty of space for amenities, including a large sundeck, swim platform and unfolding balcony attached to the owners suite. In terms of tender storage, there is provision for a nine-metre luxury tender to be stored in the foredeck.
It comes after the first hull in the series, 60 metre Come Together, was unveiled for the first time earlier this year. The superyacht was recently listed for sale with Y.CO.
