Italian yard Cantiere delle Marche has sold the second hull in its 35 metre MG 115 explorer yacht series.
The second MG 115 was sold on December 24 to an Asian owner described as “a keen diver and explorer” by the yard.
It comes after the first hull in the series was sold in November 2019 to a client from the Americas.
Penned by Italian superyacht designer Francesco Paszkowski, the explorer has a beam of 7.5 metres and features naval architecture by Hydro Tec.
Intended for “journeys to the most remote and secluded areas of the globe”, the MG 115 is “elegant yet robust, reliable, environmentally friendly, long-range explorer vessel,” according to the yard.
Spread over four decks, the yacht will feature a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with spacious outdoor, lounging and dining areas.
Accommodation on board the full displacement explorer vessel is for a total of 10 guests in five suites; two VIPs and two twins on the lower deck and the master suite forward of the main deck. Crew accommodation meanwhile allows for a staff of six.
Two engines of 533kW each will provide a top speed of 13.5 knots and a range of over 5000 nautical miles.
