Francesco Struglia Design has revealed a 33 metre concept superyacht named FU.

It comes after the designer collaborated with Benetti on the exterior of its new 1960s inspired superyacht model Motopanfilo.

Spread over four decks, FU has a 250GT interior, 7.6m beam and accommodation for 10 guests in five cabins. The crew quarters meanwhile can accommodate a staff of five.

One of the standout features on board, according to Struglia, is the amount of shared common space, which is the “main design key point” of the concept.

“This last year has been an important moment to think about how we relate to people, family, the environment and time,” said Struglia. “Boundaries between private life and working life have become blurry.”

The owner's suite sits on the main deck, while the owner's private panoramic saloon, which can be utilised as a meeting or working space, sits on the upper deck above. The “Quadro panoramic saloon” on the main deck meanwhile can be used for meetings, yoga or mediation and is illuminated by natural light thanks to large windows.

Speaking about the concept, Struglia said: “I called it "FU" because the philosophy and flexibility of the approach links to Feng Shui. Basically, that’s what’s happening in design and architecture at the moment.”

Elsewhere, the concept features storage for a 5.25m tender, jet ski and six Seabobs. On the top deck, there is a sheltered dining area, forward of which sits another lounging area for the owner and guests.
