Rolled out from her shed at the end of November 2012, the 38.4m explorer motor yacht Batai is now delivered to her owners.

Previously known under the hull number 591, Batai is the second yacht from this series designed by Luiz de Basto, after Far Far Away in 2012. Her interior, also designed by Luiz de Basto, accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins on the lower deck: a full-beam master suite amidship, two doubles and two twins with Pullmans.

Bureau Veritas classed and MCA compliant, Batai is powered by twin Caterpillar C-18 engines, her range will exceed 5,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.

John DeCaro, President of All Ocean yachts, concluded: 'I am exceptionally proud of this explorer yacht, she offers the volume of a far larger yacht and is the perfect blend of size and function for world cruising'.
