Dutch boat builder Mulder Shipyard has unveiled a new addition to its superyacht portfolio with the 37.2-metre Mulder 122. The design represents an evolution of the yard's existing ThirtySix series with an extended LOA while maintaining the familiar Mulder proportions.
Built on the Van Oossanen patented Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF), the Mulder 122 features new exterior spaces, "refined proportions" and carefully reconsidered details to enhance life on board. A newly designed mast and revised glazing towards the bow give the yacht a fresh identity.
A standout feature of the Mulder 122 is an extended swim platform that strengthens the yacht's connection to the water and provides space for twin stairways from the aft deck - both designed with a gentler incline that follows the lines of the stern. The result is a more elegant transition between the aft deck and water.
The foredeck has also been extended to provide a more spacious lounge area, offering guests a natural gathering place forward of the superstructure. Moving towards the bow, twin sunpads take centre stage, further cementing this area as a relaxation zone.
The deck culminates in an intimate seating area, which has been integrated into the lines of the yacht. This arrangement creates a more complete outdoor space for guests to relax while enjoying the views.
Powered by Twin Caterpillar C18 engines, the new design is expected to reach a top speed of 17 knots at half load and a cruising speed of 15 knots. IMO III / U.S. EPA Tier 4 compliance can also be offered on request.
According to BOATPro, the fifth unit from the Mulder ThirtySix series is currently under construction, with delivery set for 2027. In August, the yard announced the redelivery of the 36-metre Delta One, the first unit from the series, following an extensive refit at the its facilities in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk.
