Gulf Craft sells sixth Majesty 140 model

9 February 2023 • Written by Brooke Murphy

Gulf Craft has sold the sixth unit in its Majesty 140 series, the third largest model offered by the United Arab Emirates shipyard. Due for delivery in the second quarter of 2024, the 43-metre model was sold to an owner with plans to cruise the Mediterranean and cross over into the Caribbean the following season.

The GRP yacht features interiors by Cristiano Gatto with a beam of 8.3 metres. This design is based on the Gulf Craft 135, of which seven units were built, and hull number six of the line will feature a reverse-angled wheelhouse.

The Majesty 140 can accommodate up to 12 guests in five cabins, with a main-deck owner’s suite complete with “one-touch” drop-down balconies. Meanwhile, the crew quarters are split between the bow and the aft of the yacht — giving a total capacity for nine.

Other key features throughout the tri-deck layout include an expansive beach club, two aft balconies on the main deck and a waterfall cascading from the hardtop into the Jacuzzi located on the sun deck.

Power for the Majesty 140 will come from a pair of 2,600hp MTU diesel engines that give the Gulf Craft Majesty 140 a top speed of 20 knots. The sale was completed on the one-year anniversary of the opening of the Gulf Craft Experience Centre in Dubai’s Port Rashid.

The Majesty superyacht range currently comprises six models: Majesty 100, Majesty 111,  Majesty 120, Majesty 140 and Majesty 160 and Majesty 175.
