Italian yard ISA Yachts has announced a range of three new designs created by Enrico Gobbi’s Team For Design, the largest of which is the ISA GT67. The follow-up to the 66 metre Okto, which was launched in 2014, this new 67 metre superyacht is being built on speculation and will be launched before the end of 2019.
Speaking about his new design, Gobbi explained: “This large and unique sports yacht shows a well-balanced and pure exterior, with sleek, strong lines and a slender silhouette.” He added that the drawn-back superstructure has been styled to “imitate the proportions and extended front hood of a large sports coupe”.
Floor-to-ceiling glazing in the main deck saloon, master suite and upper deck saloon maximise both views and light, but the star of the show is the aft deck superyacht pool with a U-shaped glass panel built into the transom to create a real wow factor as guests step on board.
Other key features include a touch-and-go foredeck helipad and the option to have a superyacht gym fitted on the sundeck.
Accommodation is for 12 gusts split across six cabins, with four doubles below decks and a panoramic VIP stateroom. A fold-out superyacht balcony is just one of the premium features that adds a sense of exclusivity to the owner’s cabin.
While the technical details are yet to be disclosed, ISA has revealed some information about how the GT67 could be decorated. Gobbi has proposed a preliminary interior décor that uses glossy wenge and ivory maple woodwork, offset by polished stainless steel elements.
As well as the ISA GT67, Team For Design has created two further models for the Italian yard — the ISA Classic 50 and an updated version of the ISA Sport 120.
