Based in Fano, Italian builder Nerea has launched the first Limousine model in its NY24 line. The 7.4-metre tender is penned by the design studio, IdeaelTALIA, and has been designed specifically for superyacht tender usage. The tender was sold last November in collaboration with British distributor Seawood Yachts.
The NY24 features a walk-around deck and a white V-shaped hull with clean, elegant lines complimenting its sporty profile. Thanks to the 0.5-metre draught, she can cruise effortlessly in shallow waters, while the three-stepped transom platform on the aft makes for easy access to the water.
The owner of this model opted for environmentally-minded customisation options, such as synthetic teak, which requires less maintenance and is more durable than traditional natural teak. Other customisations included the installation of a bimini top, offering protection from the elements while travelling without sacrificing the yacht's "flowing lines".
In terms of performance, the NY24 features hydraulic steering and a single Yanmar engine powering the boat to a maximum speed of 35 knots and cruising speed of 26 knots.
The NY24 Limo tender is the latest addition to Nerea's existing NY24 range, following the NY24 GT and Deluxe models. Nerea also offers its 12-metre NY40 flagship, which was first revealed at the 2022 Cannes Yachting Festival.
