Oceanco launches superyacht project PA164

30 October 2013 • Written by Risa Merl

Oceanco has launched its 91.5m superyacht known as project PA164 (hull Y709).

This is first superyacht that The Netherlands-based superyacht builder Oceanco has built to Passenger Yacht Code. The aluminium and steel yacht features an exterior designed by Oceanco's in-house team with naval architecture by Azure Naval Architects and interior design by UK-based designer Andrew Winch Designs.

Oceanco has kept the project much under wraps. But early this summer, Boat International Media editors had a look on board the yacht while in-build and noted interesting features. Project PA164 will feature a fully-certified heli-deck, multiple guest staterooms on the main-deck including two VIP staterooms with fold-down balconies, and a private galley on the upper deck. A skylight over the owner's stateroom bathes the suite in natural light, and the beach club will host a gym and sauna.

We will bring you more details of this superyacht project as they are revealed.
