Sports car-inspired Revolver 43CC yacht tender goes 50 knots

Italian builder Revolver Boats has introduced its latest yacht tender, the sports car-inspired Revolver 43CC.

The high-performance yacht tender takes styling cues from the rear spoilers of 1960s cars. There is nothing throwback about the performance, though. The 13 metre LOA yacht tender will run at a maximum speed of more than 50 knots.

According to Revolver, the yacht will be equipped with seven outboard engines to achieve this super-fast speed.

Design is by Italy’s Alberto Mancini of AM Yacht Design, who also designed the Revolver 44GT.

The versatile centre console layout makes the Revolver 43CC ready for a range of watersports activities, from fishing to diving. The new Revolver 43CC yacht combines the outdoor-friendly centre console design with the high-performance of a go-fast boat.

Revolver hopes to expand its market reach with the new boat, specifically targeting American and Middle Eastern clientele. They recently showed the Revolver 44GT at the Dubai yacht show, drumming up more interest in this region.

The new Revolver 43CC is scheduled to launch in 2016.
