Unveiled by Italian yard Baglietto, the 40 metre superyacht concept Abaco is intended for Bahamas cruising and has been named after Abaco Island. Penned by superyacht designer Santa Maria Magnolfi, Abaco pairs “robust lines” with open exterior spaces, including 120 metres of outdoor space on the main deck alone. Elsewhere, the yacht features an infinity pool and accommodation for 10 guests in five guest suites.

Abaco
Super Sport 65
Italian superyacht builder Rossinavi has joined forces with automotive style house Pininfarina to present a new 65 metre superyacht concept named Super Sport 65. The concept, which takes inspiration from high-performance car design, sports the “fluidity of Pininfarina’s iconic style.” The 960GT has accommodation for a total of 12 guests in six cabins and a main staircase inspired by the air intakes of high performance road vehicles. Two Jacuzzis sit at either end of the yacht.
Project Nautilus
Turquoise Yachts has revealed the 62 metre DeBasto-designed concept Project Nautilus. Described as a “go-anywhere vessel” with a functional layout and luxury accommodation, Project Nautilus is equipped for adventure. Key features include a 13.4 metre tender deck at the front of the superstructure large enough to accommodate a 12 metre tender. Accommodation meanwhile is for a total of 12 guests in six cabins and there is also a full-size cinema that can be converted into a seventh guest cabin.

Nordhavn has revealed plans for its first metal built superyacht. Designed by Dutch design studio Vripack, the 45.1 metre Nordhavn 148 features a steel and aluminium design. The “no-nonsense, go-anywhere explorer” is Ice Classed and features a flared bow and mixture of square and round windows for an “industrial chic aesthetic.” The builder described the new model as a “crossover yacht”, mixing a “commercial ship” with an “elegant superyacht.”
XVenture
Dutch yard Heesen revealed new details and renderings of its 57 metre explorer superyacht XVenture. The Winch-designed yacht is described as “the ultimate explorer yacht” taking owners “off the beaten path in seven-star comfort.” Key numbers include a 5,000 nautical mile range and generous 1,280GT. Accommodation is for a total of 12 guests in main deck suites and a full beam owner’s apartment. Elsewhere, the yacht includes an observation deck and a swimming pool forward.
