American yard StellarPM has revealed a series of all-aluminium power catamarans named StellarCAT.

Combining vast deck space and generous interior volumes, the series currently comprises a 20 metre and 25 metre model named the  StellarCAT AL20-2 and the StellarCAT AL25-2 respectively.

The AL20-2 has a top speed of 30 knots

Both models offer accommodation for up to 12 in six staterooms alongside a crew of four. Power comes from Volvo IPS series engines on both models, but performance varies – the AL20-2 has a top speed of 30 knots and a range of 3,600 nautical miles, while the AL25-2 tops out at 21 knots with owners able to choose a faster propulsion package.

The AL20-2 is characterised by a large flybridge that features a sofa, bar area and aft facing sun loungers. Elsewhere, the yacht features an aft swim platform and a 44 square metre saloon with wraparound windows.

The AL25-2’s flybridge meanwhile is described as: “a huge terrace on the sea, rather than a flybridge," by the yard. The space includes an al fresco dining area for 10 alongside a lounging area for up to 15.

Owners can choose from three internal arrangements, which include the choice to have an owner's stateroom situated alone on the main deck or for the space to be split between two staterooms.

Further models in the series are currently being “finalised” and are set to be unveiled in the coming months.
