First look: inside the midnight grey Sunseeker 100 yacht Majic

Sunseeker has offered a first look inside the 29.9-metre Majic, the fourth hull in its flagship Sunseeker 100 series. Delivered in May 2023 to a long-standing client, she is now on the water alongside sisterships Ikal, Maje and Scorpian A. Her newly-revealed interiors are courtesy of Design Unlimited.

Majic was the first in the series to be finished in custom Midnight Grey and marks the start of a "new era in flybridge design" for Sunseeker, according to the shipyard. The hardtop and boot top have been painted a complementary Jet Black.

The model is defined by a walkaround flybridge that connects the top deck with the foredeck lounge. This particular yacht also comes with a custom Williams SportJet 460 in the same colour to match.

"Majic has many unusual features for a yacht of its size, typically only found on a 40-metre vessel," added Sean Robertson, sales and marketing director of Sunseeker International. This includes an interior arrangement that allows owners and crew to operate completely independently.

The owner's cabin features a dedicated dressing area with a walk-in wardrobe, vanity table and en suite. Blackout roller blinds and a 55-inch OLED television on an electric rise-and-fall system complete the space. Forward, the glass atrium door opens out onto a private foredeck terrace, also accessible from the main flybridge.

The yacht's use of glazing is best showcased in the main saloon, however, which has been described by the shipyard as "penthouse style" with large windows to either side. Details include bulkheads in a silver oak finish and grey lacquer ceilings, while the space itself is arranged with a white leather sofa, OLED television and four Sonance ceiling speakers.

"This [neutral] interior colour scheme contrasts quite dramatically with one of the boldest exteriors we have ever done," added Robertson. Another highlight is the dining table, finished in Calacatta Gold quartz and accompanied by white Minotti dining chairs, which is meant to draw inspiration from the owner's home. "Inspiration drawn from real estate is an emerging trend in interior yacht design," continued Robertson, "enhanced [on Majic] through the selection of loose furniture from hand-picked suppliers."

Key to the yacht's design, the raised pilot house incorporates a glazed sliding door aft, allowing uninterrupted views forward from the flybridge. The flybridge also has two separate seating arrangements and an oversized sunpad. The tender garage can accommodate the custom Williams 460 Sportjet and a GTX255 Jet Ski, with plentiful stowage for SeaBobs, diving equipment and paddleboards.

Majic is asking £10,495,000 (ex. VAT) with Sunseeker Brokerage.
