The 29.8-metre Sunseeker motor yacht Majic has rejoined the brokerage market under a new listing with Harry Bristow-Holmes of Bristow-Holmes.
Designed in-house in collaboration with Design Unlimited, the yacht was delivered by the British yard in 2023 as the fourth unit from Sunseeker's flagship 100 Yacht series. She is the first from the model to be finished in a custom "stealth" matte grey, while her predecessors are painted in white. Don Shead is responsible for the naval architecture.
According to her broker, Majic "combines striking aesthetics with state-of-the-art engineering - offering a yachting experience that is both dynamic and refined."
On board, there is accommodation for a party of up to ten guests, including a light-filled master suite forward of the main deck, and two doubles and two twins on the lower deck below. The full-beam master suite benefits from a large lobby entrance, a walk-in wardrobe with feature shelving, an office and en suite. The owner can also enjoy the privacy the bow terrace affords, fitted with a fully glazed sliding door forward.
The interiors of the open-plan main deck evoke a penthouse feel with a layering of textural elements and floor-to-ceiling glazing, which fills the saloon with natural daylight, complemented by sliding doors to starboard.
The feature wall forward of the dining room incorporates a floating staircase leading to the wheelhouse. The large, fully equipped galley forward is concealed behind a feature bulkhead and offers plentiful space and direct side deck access for crew.
Key to the yacht's design, the raised pilot house incorporates a glazed sliding door aft, allowing uninterrupted views forward from the flybridge. The vast flybridge has two separate seating arrangements and an oversized sunpad, and the space flows seamlessly into the foredeck with uninterrupted walk-around access on both sides.
Guests can make the most of these sunbathing hideaways, including the single-level exterior deck from flybridge to foredeck and the water-level beach club. The award-winning X-TEND system offers several seating arrangements, facing aft in its lowered position or forward at the flick of a switch at cockpit level.
The tender garage can accommodate a Williams 460 Sportjet and GTX255 jet ski, with plentiful stowage for SeaBobs, diving equipment and paddleboards.
Powered by twin MTU engines, the yacht for sale reaches an impressive top speeds of 30 knots. At 10 knots, a range of 2,800 nautical miles can be achieved via one engine. Key specs include a beam of 6.9 metres and a 2.1-metre draft.
Based in Croatia, Majic is asking €9,495,000.
