Superyacht Nassima launched by Acico Yachts

24 July 2012

Acico Yachts launched its latest build, the 49.18 metre motor yacht Nassima on Saturday 21 July.

Built in aluminium, Nassima has naval architecture, engineering and design by Olivier van Meer Design. Amongst her most notable features is a stern garage for a car and two motor cycles, a spacious sun deck, a fully equipped gymnasium and a large sea aquarium which acts as a division between the main deck saloon and aft deck, with the effect of creating a sea environment on board. Her sophisticated modern interior design is by Swiss designers VDP Studio.

Nassima accommodates 12 guests in a bridge deck master suite, and full-beam VIP cabin and four twin cabins on the lower deck. Forward on the lower deck are crew quarters for seven and a self-contained galley.

Designed to be a seaworthy and fuel-efficient yacht, capable of long-distance cruising, Nassima is equipped with twin Caterpillar 3512CHD engines, giving her a top speed of 18 knots, a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 8,600 nautical miles at 10 knots.

The yacht will be completed within the next month and then heads for Monaco where she is being presented at the 2012 Monaco Yacht Show.

Nassima is listed for sale on boatinternational.com by bluewater asking €29,500,000.
