Ozone, the latest in the award-winning Peri 29 was launched on 5 July, the fifth in the series to be launched from the Turkish builder's Antalya yard. Built in epoxy composites with carbon reinforcement, the 28.6 metre yacht has a sweeping aerodynamic profile and long rectangular portholes. Her naval architecture is by Bill Dixon with exterior styling and interior design by Scaro Design.
The yacht accommodates eight guests in a master, VIP and two identical guest cabins, all with en suites, sophisticated entertainment systems and ample storage. Both the master and VIP cabins are full beam with high overheads, making them unusually spacious for a motor yacht of this size.
Powered by a pair of 1,825hp CAT C32 ACERT diesel engines Ozone can reach a top speed of 28 knots and maintain a comfortable cruising speed of 24 knots. Like all Peri Yachts she is RINA Charter Class certified and MCA compatible.
The latest member of the Peri 29 line is now listed for sale by Peri Yachts France, asking €4,200,000.
Ozone’s two sisterships currently being built to order are due to launch in February and May 2012.
