Her power comes from a hybrid engine. She has a gross tonnage of 220.0 GT and a 8.45 m beam, and she is built with a Teak deck, a Aluminium hull, and Carbon Fibre superstructure.

She was designed by Frank Neubelt, who also completed the naval architecture and designed the interior. Frank Neubelt has designed 4 yachts, created the naval architecture for 1 yacht, and designed the interior of 2 yachts for yachts above 24 metres.

When delivered, Project C-140 will join a fleet of 143 sailing yachts in the 40-45m size range.
