Exclusive BOATPro data has indicated steady year-on-year growth in brokerage yacht sales, with a total of 27 yachts sold amounting to €367.8 million during October 2025. This compared to October 2024, which saw €320.3 million from 20 yacht sales.
That said, the results showed a steep decline from last month's €940.7 million in sales, but this can largely be attributed to the sale of Feadship's 118.8-metre Breakthrough (dubbed "the most significant brokerage deal in history"), which was completed in-house at Edmiston in September.
The largest sale in October was Amels' 60.1-metre Stella M – the first unit in the Dutch yard's 200 Limited Edition series – which changed hands in a deal between Burgess and SuperYachtsMonaco with an asking price of €71.5 million.
There were four new-build sales during the month, including Baglietto's first 54-metre T54 model, sold with SuperYachtsMonaco, and Mangusta's first 52-metre Oceano 52. The remainder of sales in October were under €25 million, including the 51.7-metre Alloy sailing yacht Prana (asking €23 million), closed in a deal between TWW Yachts and Edmiston, and the 39.6-metre Westport motor yacht Figaro (asking $19.9 million), sold with Ocean Independence and S.I.Yachts.

New listings were also up year-on-year, with 110 yachts listed for sale for a collective value of €1.1 billion. This compared to October 2024, where 61 new listings were added to the brokerage market for a total value of €692.8 million.
The most expensive newly listed yacht during the month was Entourage, the 60-metre Amels motor yacht, which joined the market with Moran Yacht & Ship. Currently asking €74 million , this is the first time Entourage has been listed for sale since her delivery in 2023.
Another high-value addition was Lürssen's 55.5-metre Moon Sand, which rejoined the market (asking €65 million with Edmiston and Cecil Wright) after being withdrawn the month before. The 55-metre Amels yacht Galene (asking €39.5 million with Y.CO) also made a comeback, listed for sale five months after a previous sale was announced in May.

Finally, BOATPro revealed 113 price drops took place in October, shaving a combined €89.2 million from the market. It is worth noting that the majority of price reductions were announced ahead of FLIBS, suggesting owners eager to secure a sale during or following the show.
The largest reduction was for Dunya Yachts' flagship, the 72.5-metre Axioma, which received a €7.5 million deduction to her listing with Northrop & Johnson. She is now asking €55 million, after a further €3 million price reduction was announced earlier this week (3 November).
