CEO Series: Luxury Projects' Laura Pomponi on moving into exterior design

Luxury Projects founder and CEO Laura Pomponi's interest in detail and design started early. She was inspired by her fashion designer grandmother and even spent summer afternoons as a child learning the art of embroidery at a monastery. After studying technical engineering, Pomponi began working for an Italian tech company before pursuing ambitions in shipbuilding and went on to found Luxury Projects in 2008. She highlights the World Superyacht Award-winning Alfa, for which Luxury Projects penned the interior, as one of her proudest achievements and explains why the last few years have been the most exciting yet.
