Kevin Merrigan of Northrop & Johnson will be hosting an Open House on the 50m motor yacht Vango on Monday, 14 April at Sunrise Harbor Marina in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, from 4pm to 6pm.

Vango was built by US superyacht yard Westport to ABS class and MCA compliant, and she launched in 2006 as the first in the yard’s 164 series. A custom Donald Starkey interior is in mahogany wood and rich, upholstered fabric panels. She accommodates 12 guests in five staterooms plus 12 crew members. The VIP suite is on the bridge deck while the master suite and two large saloons are on the main deck. Below, there are a further three staterooms, a double and two twins, and all have entertainment systems and full en suite bathroom facilities.

Other features include a helicopter deck and an elevator, while twin 3,650 MTU engines give her a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. Reportedly, the name Vango comes from the owner's keen admiration for Dutch artist Vincent Van Gogh.

Vango is asking $24.5 million.
