Zenith Chronomaster El Primero Range Rover Velar Special Edition

To celebrate the launch of the new Range Rover Velar, the British car maker has teamed up with Swiss watch brand Zenith to create a special edition version of it popular Chronomaster El Primero timepiece. The watch has been co-designed by specialists from both Range Rover and Zenith and employs lightweight, high-performance materials that run parallel to those used in Range Rover's latest model as well as a 42mm ceramicised aluminium case, small seconds, 30-minute counter and central chronograph subdials, date window and tachymeter scale.

IWC Ingenieur Chronograph Sport Edition “50th Anniversary of Mercedes-AMG"

IWC celebrates this year’s 50th anniversary of AMG – the official tuning arm of Mercedes-Benz – with a special edition of its Ingenieur flyback chronograph, which will be available in just 250 examples worldwide. To protect the in-house automatic movement from magnetism, the 44mm watch features a titanium case with a soft iron inner core that can be seen through a brake caliper-shaped cut-out in the back.

Bremont Jaguar MKI

Bremont has paid tribute to the Jaguar E-Type with a small range of watches inspired by the dashboard instruments of the vehicle that Enzo Ferrari described as “the most beautiful car ever made”. The steel-cased MKI is a simple time and date watch with a rev counter-style dial, a “tyre tread” winding crown and a lovely, steering wheel-shaped rotor visible through the transparent back.

Singer Track 1

Porsche fans will be familiar with Los Angeles-based Singer, which specialises in expensively modifying 1990s 911s in order to combine modern-day “driveability” with old-school looks. Montblanc TimeWalker Chronograph Rally Timer

This 50mm beast features a crown and push piece at 12 o’clock in classic stop-watch style. The case can be rotated 90 degrees off the “normal” position to make it easier to read when driving, but the watch can also be de-mounted from its strap to serve as a dashboard rally timer, table clock or pocket watch. Only 100 will be made.

Porsche Design Monobloc Actuator

The first entirely in-house watch from Porsche Design substitutes conventional push buttons for a single rocker activator that forms part of the case. The Monobloc Actuator GMT Chronotimer is said to have been four years in development and, like all things Porsche, has been meticulously engineered for absolutely perfect functionality.

Junghans Meister Driver Chronoscope

Classic cars have been an inspiration for German fine watchmaker Junghans for over a century - a fact evident in its latest expansion to the popular Meister range. Referencing design elements found on 1930s Maybach and Mercedes cars, the Driver Chronoscope is available with tan, black or grey dials and leather straps resembling the interiors of classic luxury cars. Powered by a calibre J880.3 self-winding movement, the watch features small seconds and 30-minute counter subdials and is waterproof to 30 metres.

Tudor Fastrider Chronograph watch

Created in collaboration with motorcycle maker Ducati, every piece in Tudor’s Fastrider range incorporates technical and sporty touches to represent life on two wheels. The latest addition to the line, the Fastrider Chronograph is inspired by one of Ducati’s most iconic models – the Scrambler – and is available in the classic racing colours or red, yellow and green.
