For many superyacht owners, the choice to build a custom yacht is appealing because of the opportunities it opens up to create something unique and personal. Thanks to luxury auction houses around the globe, the option to fill your yacht (or home) with equally unique objects from fine art to supercars and contemporary jewellery to classic black tie watches has never been easier. For June 2018 the best lots in the world are coming from one auction house - Christie's in London - which is hosting a special Luxury Week bringing together sales of the finest handbags, jewellery, watches and spirits in one place. Sullivans Cove American Oak Cask Single Malt Whisky

Christie's Luxury Week kicks off on June 7 with a Finest & Rarest Wines and Spirits sale. Alongside some truly astonishing lots, including a 12 bottle case of Petrus 1982 and two bottles of Romanee-Conti Grand Cru 1999, will be one of the few remaining bottles of Sullivans Cove single cask single malt whisky. Often considered by experts to be among the best single malt whiskies in the world, this bottle has never left the distillery in Cambridge, Tasmania where it has been meticulously cellared since bottling. All proceeds from the sale of the Sullivans Cove whisky will be donated to the Alannah & Madeline Foundation which works to protect children from violence.
