If, like many superyacht owners, you spend much of your year cruising the waters of the Cote d’Azur it can make good sense to invest in a permanent on shore base. This is especially true if you charter your yacht but still like to be nearby or are fond of hosting lavish parties with guestlists too long for your yacht’s cabin capacity. But where to buy? Coastal views are a must but come at a premium and, while a property in Monaco could be convenient, if it’s space your after then an estate in St Tropez or Cannes may be more to your liking.
