The star residences will be three triplex penthouses across floors 63-65. Each boasts almost 23,700 square feet of living space including six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, three powder rooms, six entertaining areas including both formal and casual dining spaces, two summer kitchens, a catering kitchen, foyer and private lobby. There is also a studio with sleeping and living areas with a separate entrance, staff quarters, gym, spa, private pool and extensive outdoor terraces with breathtaking views over Biscayne Bay.

In addition all residents will have access to the building's impressive amenities which occupy four entire floors and feature interior design by Aston Martin's chief creative officer Marek Reichman. These facilities include an art gallery, business centre, conference room, playroom, teen centre, games room, spa, two-level fitness centre, boxing room, spinning room, lounge, treatment suites, sauna, meditation room, beauty salon, barber, virtual golf, two cinemas, infinity pool with deck and cabanas, pool concierge, bar, chef's kitchen and private dining room.
