News in overnight from Mark Elliott at International yacht Collection of a $1 million price drop on his central listing for sale, the 45.72m motor yacht Encore.

Encore was built by Trinity Yachts in 1998 and had a major refit in 2012. Upgrades included new 2,250hp Caterpillars engines, new zero speed stabilisers and a complete interior refit. She features a Dee Robinson interior and sleeps up to 11 guests in five staterooms. The full-beam master suite is on the main deck and has a king-size bed, vanity unit, large windows, fridge and a marble en suite with shower and Jacuzzi. Below lie three double staterooms with queen-size beds and a twin cabin, all with en suite bathroom facilities.

ABS-classed and MCA-compliant, Encore has a skylounge above the main saloon with sofas, occasional chairs, a wet bar and full entertainment systems. Ideal for gatherings, the skylounge continues out onto an upper aft deck featuring plenty of seating and a custom dining table. The sun deck includes generous chaise lounges, sunpads and wet bar with stool seating overlooking the Jacuzzi tub.

Currently having a bottom paint job, Encore is available for inspection out of the water, now asking $10.9 million.
