A new central agency has been announced on the 33.5-metre canoe-stern motor yacht Sanctuary, now listed for sale with Lon McCloskey of Fraser.
Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Lynx Yachts, Sanctuary was delivered in 2013 to a design by Diana Yacht Design. The yacht is MCA-compliant and had her 10-year Bureau Veritas class survey completed in 2023 as well as her most recent refit in 2026, which included a significant “0” hour rebuild on machinery and systems.
The yacht’s eight-metre beam creates a main saloon that belies her length, with comfortable sofas and a dining table that can easily seat up to 10 guests.
An interior by Weber Yacht Design accommodates up to 12 guests in five en suite cabins. The master suite forward on the main deck has a "luxurious and inviting" ambience, while two twin cabins with Pullman berths and two VIP cabins are situated aft on the lower deck. In addition, five crew members have berths in three cabins.
The aft area outside on the main deck has several seats and a large table, making it the perfect place for al fresco dining.
The bridge deck of Sanctuary has a large outside area aft, with elegant sofas and sun loungers, while the skylounge inside is furnished with a bar and another large seating area for guests to relax in. The wheelhouse on the bridge deck is equipped with the latest high-tech equipment, guaranteeing safe journeys when underway.
The foredeck hosts a cosy seating area and table where guests can enjoy perfect panoramic views, whether at anchor or underway. Finally, there is the sundeck, which has a large dining table and chairs shaded by a retractable awning, a lounging space for guests, and a circular spa pool.
Twin 600hp Caterpillar engines give the 287GT yacht for sale a range of 3,200 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 11 knots.
Sanctuary is asking $6,900,000.
