A $1,000,000 price reduction has been announced on the 38.1-metre Westport motor yacht Serenity, listed for sale with Shannon McCoy and Michael Mahan of Worth Avenue Yachts.
Delivered in 2018, she was built and designed in the United States of America by Westport, who also completed the naval architecture and designed the contemporary interior alongside Holly Hunt.
Serenity's impressive 329GT allows for a spacious living arrangement. The yacht offers accommodation for 10 guests across five staterooms, with the master cabin located on the main deck, featuring a his-and-hers en-suite bathroom complete with a steam shower. The lower deck has three double guest staterooms, all equipped with en-suites. The yacht was also built with a gym, which can be converted into a fifth stateroom.
The main deck houses a light and airy saloon, with two large sofas and two armchairs, flanked by large windows for panoramic views. Moving forward, the formal dining area seats eight guests.
The aft deck features an al fresco dining space shaded by the deck above. The uninterrupted views give this area a sense of openness for guests dining.
The flybridge upstairs offers a lounging area and a coffee table next to the helm. The flybridge bar and grill makes this a sociable al fresco space.
Aft, the sundeck also features a lounging area with cream coloured sunpads, chairs and sunbeds for sunbathing as well as a dayhead. This area also features a Jacuzzi in the sun.
The foredeck features another sunpad area that has reclining backs if a sunbed is preferred. There is also a built-in sofa and coffee tables for an al fresco dining space that can be shaded. The tenders are stored in the bow.
The yacht for sale is equipped with twin MTU engines that allow for top speeds of 25 knots and cruising speeds of 22 knots.
Currently located in Palm Beach, Florida, Serenity is asking $18,900,000.
