45m Sanlorenzo Alloy44 yacht Phoenician joins the market

10 July 2026 • Written by Lucy Pughe-Morgan

The 44.5-metre Sanlorenzo Alloy44 motor yacht Phoenician has joined the market, listed for sale with Pedro Millet of Viudes Yachts

Delivered in 2023, the motor yacht was built in Italy to a design by Zuccon International Project, who also penned the interiors. The naval architecture was developed in-house by Sanlorenzo, and she holds an ABS classification, with her annual survey completed in June 2026.

Phoenician is asking €27,000,000

Her four-deck layout begins with the main deck, offering a spacious saloon with a dining area seating 10 in the same space. Light wood floors and muted tones characterise the saloon's interiors, flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows.

Accommodation on board is for up to 10 guests across five cabins. This includes a two-deck owner's apartment forward on the main deck with four interconnected spaces and a private bow spa pool terrace. Guest accommodation comprises two VIP cabins and two twin cabins, while there is also space for nine crew members across five cabins.

Lounging space can be found on the main deck aft, with both sunpads and sofas centred by a coffee table, partly shaded by the deck above.

Moving up a deck, the upper saloon provides an alternative entertaining space complemented by large sofas facing the upper deck aft.

Al fresco dining for six guests can be found through the glass double doors, creating an indoor-outdoor effect when opened. Also featured are a lounge area and a dedicated cinema room with a projector and retractable ceiling screen.

A social hub space is up on the sundeck, where a dining area for 10 is paired with twin wet bars and a barbecue. A sun-catching spot can also be enjoyed on the forward-facing sun beds, benefitting from an uninterrupted view.

On the lower deck, a large-format beach club opens on three sides with fold-out platforms and a gym, extending the living space directly to the water.

Power comes from twin MTU engines, providing a maximum speed of 22 knots and a range of 1,826 nautical miles at an 11 knot cruising speed. Zero-speed stabilisers and a bow thruster are also fitted.

Phoenician is asking €27,000,000.
