A new central agency has been announced on the 52.4-metre Palmer Johnson motor yacht DB9, now listed for sale with Bryan Somerset Mehut of Fraser. She will also be at anchor at the Monaco Yacht Show 2026.
DB9 was built in aluminium as one of the US yard’s PJ170 Sport Yacht series, with a sporty design by the Italian studio of Nuvolari Lenard. She was delivered in 2010 with a champagne hull and red bootstripe and has benefited from constant upgrades throughout her life. Following a €5,000,000 refit at Monaco Marine and Shipyard Portosole Sanremo over the last 3 years, DB9 is presented in turnkey condition.
Stepping on board, DB9's main saloon features a classic layout offering lounging space that flows easily into the dining area, creating a sociable open-plan design. With large windows flanking the saloon, paired with glass double doors opening out onto the main deck aft, the space is filled with natural light.
Accommodation on board is for 12 guests across five en suite cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite. The main cabin here features an en suite, dressing room and lounging area. The crew area forward provides accommodation for 11 crew, as well as a crew mess, galley and laundry.
Al fresco living can be enjoyed on all decks, with a particularly spacious area on the main deck aft, offering a large dining table and various soft furnishings paired with coffee tables. These can all be found under the overhang to accommodate all weather conditions. Further aft, a row of sunpads looks out onto the views, providing the ideal sun-catching spot.
A large swimming pool on the foredeck, a staple of the PJ Sport series, is one of the most notable features on board and doubles up as storage for a 6.5-metre tender when underway. Two Jetskis are also stored on the foredeck, while a 4.2-metre jet tender can be stowed in an aft garage.
Up top, another expansive social area can be found on the sun deck, featuring a spa pool as well as a covered lounge area for relaxing in the shade.
The yacht for sale's top speed is 31 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 3,400 nautical miles at 20 knots, with power coming from twin MTU 16V4000M93L diesel engines.
DB9 is asking €23,900,000.
