The 52.4-metre Palmer Johnson motor yacht DB9, listed for sale with Kevin Ralph and Michael Mahan at Worth Avenue Yachts, has been sold with Yves Di Lena from YDL Yachting Corp representing the buyer.

DB9 was built in aluminium by Palmer Johnson as one of the US yard’s PJ170 Sport Yacht series, with a sporty design by the Italian studio of Nuvolari Lenard. She was delivered in 2010 with a champagne hull and red bootstripe and has benefited from constant upgrading throughout her life.

DB9 was asking €19,950,000

The lower deck has accommodation for ten guests in four en suite guest cabins and a full-beam owner’s suite with a bathroom and dressing room. The crew area forward provides accommodation for 11 crew, as well as a crew mess, galley and laundry.

A large swimming pool on the foredeck – a staple of the PJ Sport series – is one of the most notable features and doubles up as storage for a 6.5-metre tender when underway. Two Jetskis are also stored on the foredeck while a 4.2-metre jet tender can be stowed in an aft garage.

The sun deck features a spa pool as well as a covered lounge area for relaxing in the shade, while the main deck has options for dining or lounging in the main saloon or on the main deck aft.

Her top speed is 32 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 3,400 nautical miles with power coming from two MTU 16V4000M93L diesel engines.

DB9 was asking €19,950,000.
