The 62.2-metre Aegean Yacht schooner The Langley has been newly listed for sale with David Westwood of TWW Yachts.
Built in steel by the Turkish shipyard in 2009, the sailing yacht sports a distinctive "latte" hull colour and an all-Turkish design team. Her classic exterior lines are the work of Yavuz Mete, while Karatas Yacht Design created her interiors.
Fresh from a major rebuild completed earlier this year, The Langley has been transformed from the hull up. The extensive works saw her hull lengthened, all interiors and deck spaces renewed, systems upgraded, and a new beach club complete with a submersible swim platform. This area now serves as a versatile waterside lounge, with space to launch her two tenders (Castoldi Jet and Highfield), Jet Skis and Seabobs.
Life is best enjoyed on the sundeck, which features a central Jacuzzi surrounded by sunpads, while multiple lounge areas, a bar, grill and al fresco dining spaces on both the main and upper decks provide plenty of options for socialising.
With a volume of 447GT, The Langley’s interiors have been reimagined in a contemporary style defined by a neutral colour palette, natural textures and ambient lighting. The main saloon serves as the yacht’s social hub, featuring a generous lounge and a formal dining area.
Accommodation is for up to 12 guests across six staterooms. The master suite on the lower deck aft spans the full 10-metre beam and includes a king-size bed, desk, sofa, large wardrobe and en suite bathroom. A full-beam VIP cabin sits forward, also with a king-size bed, sofa and en suite. Amidships are two doubles – one with a queen bed to port and one with a king to starboard – while two forward triple cabins (each with a queen and a single berth) offer flexibility for families. A separate twin cabin aft, adjacent to the master, is ideal for staff. There are separate quarters for 10 crew.
Under power, twin Caterpillar 680kW engines propel the yacht for sale to a cruising speed of nine knots and a top speed of 12 knots. Other key specs include a draught of 3.6 metres.
