In the middle of the global coronavirus crisis, isolating on a yacht seems like a much more appealing proposition than being cooped up at home. Whether you're in the market to buy a yacht or browsing boats in a moment of self-isolation curiosity, take a look at some of this month's best brokerage deals...

The 73 metre motor yacht Hasna, listed for sale by Burgess, has seen a price reduction of €5,000,000. Delivered by Dutch yard Feadship in 2017 and styled inside and out by British studio RWD, Hasna is a fully custom steel and aluminium displacement yacht boasting an 11.9 metre beam. A high-volume interior styled in cream-coloured fabrics contrasting with dark wood trimming accommodates 12 guests in six cabins comprising a full-beam master suite on the main deck, two VIP suites, a double and two convertible twins.

The 51 metre explorer yacht Aspire, listed for sale by Konstantinos Ladas at SSH Maritime, has experienced another price reduction of €1,000,000. Aspire was built in steel and aluminium by Lusben to a design by Andrea Pezinni and delivered in 2006 as a RINA-classed long-range explorer yacht. A full refit completed in 2019 included a wide catalogue of works, including the refitting of all exterior and interior spaces, full hull and superstructure repainting and teak replacement.

The 36.9 metre motor yacht Edesia, listed for sale by Gaston Lees-Buckley and Tommaso Bilotta at Camper & Nicholsons International, has had a price reduction of €1,000,000. Built in GRP to RINA class by Italian yard Benetti, Edesia was designed by Stefano Righini and was delivered early in 2014 as one of the yard's Benetti Classic 121 series. Her current owner purchased the yacht in 2005 and carried out a major refit in 2007/2008 at Pendennis Shipyard in Cornwall. The interior redesign by H2 has given the yacht a modern, stylish interior resulting in her being a finalist for the 'Best Refitted Yacht' award at the World Superyacht Awards 2009.

The 53 metre motor yacht Mizu, listed for sale by Will Noftsinger at Denison Yachting, has experienced a price reduction of $1,500,000. Designed by Sam Sorgiovanni, Mizu was built in aluminium by Australian yard Oceanfast to Germanischer Lloyds class and delivered in 2004 with a major refit in 2016. The refit saw her receive an extensive machinery overhaul, new teak decks and a full interior redesign. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins including a master suite on the bridge deck with a media room and private dining area. A VIP suite, double and two twins complete the guest accommodation.
