The 78.4-metre Lürssen motor yacht Rocinante has been listed for sale with Charlie Birkett and Ben Ritchie of Y.CO. She will be on display at the 2026 Palm Beach International Boat Show.
Rocinante was delivered in 2008 by the German yard, constructed in steel and aluminium to a design by Espen Oeino International and interiors by Alberto Pinto. According to her brokers, she returned to the shipyard for a comprehensive 10-month refit, completed in 2024, with major works including a new bridge, full repaint and significant upgrades across all major technical, mechanical and guest areas.
The brokers also noted that the motor yacht has received "consistent maintenance" under the current ownership since 2017, including both the 10 and 15 year surveys.
Stepping on board, a volume of 2,334GT and a 13.5-metre beam has been decorated in a sophisticated, contemporary scheme, infused with light thanks to expansive windows.
Accommodation is for up to 14 guests in a seven-cabin layout, including four VIPs and a grand owner's suite with an office area, twin dressing rooms and en suites and a private deck area with a jacuzzi and ample sunbathing space.
An onboard hospital (located nearby to the owner's suite) could be converted to become an eighth cabin if required. Three staff are accommodated in two cabins, while further quarters accommodate up to 25 crew in 12 cabins, plus a dedicated captain’s cabin.
Indoor-outdoor living was key to Pinto's design on board, a feature which is most noticeable on the upper deck; here, a large circular dining table is surrounded by windows which open outwards onto the deck. Behind, a welcoming saloon offers space to relax or entertain, while a cinema below makes for perfect movie nights.
Above, a lengthy sundeck features a large jetstream pool and jacuzzi for unwinding, though the yacht features several outdoor lounge and seating areas across her profile. On the lower deck, guests can enjoy a gym with a fold down balcony or a hammam, massage room and beauty salon. A elevator connects all decks for easy access.
The motor yacht for sale also features a helideck capable of taking an EC135, with refuelling.
Power from twin 2,682hp Caterpillar engines provides a top speed of 17 knots and a maximum range of 6,000 nautical miles when navigating at cruising speed.
Rocinante is asking €88,500,000. She is currently located in Rybovich, West Palm Beach, undergoing warranty and maintenance works.
Not for sale or charter to US residents while in US waters.
