The 52.3 metre Amels motor yacht Were Dreams has been listed for sale by Charles Ehrardt at Camper & Nicholsons International.
Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Amels to a design by Tim Heywood, she was delivered in 2008 as the first in the yard’s line of 171 Limited Edition models and has always been used privately. She can accommodate 11 guests in six cabins comprising a full-width master suite on the main deck and, on the lower deck, two double and two twin guest cabins, all with en suite bathroom facilities. Her layout includes an additional single cabin on the main deck which can be used for extra guests or staff such as security or nannies.
Her spacious sundeck is one of the many changes that were made to standard during construction. Redesigned and with a Jacuzzi spa tub surrounded by sun pads, it is one of the exceptional features of this yacht. She also features a beach club and at anchor stabilisers.
She comes to the market having had a full paint job (hull and superstructure) in 2018 and is in perfect condition inside and out, ready for immediate long-range adventures. Powered by twin diesel MTU 1,408hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 13 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 4,500 nautical miles from her 115,000 litre fuel tanks.
