A new joint central agency has been announced on the 69.1-metre Austal Ships motor yacht Saluzi, now listed for sale with Marco Fodale of Fraser and Carmen Lau of Camper & Nicholsons Hong Kong.
The four-deck motor yacht was delivered in Australia in 2003 by Austal Ships, who also completed her design and naval architecture. Named after a mystical warhorse that belonged to Tang Dynasty Emperor Taizong, Saluzi is instantly recognisable for the colourful artwork by artist Li Jiwei that decorates her hull, painted as a modern interpretation of the ancient Chinese tale.
Her contemporary, bright interiors were penned by Tillberg Design, with her main saloon also decked with bright lights, colourful furniture and ample seating for large parties.
A voluminous 1,697GT means accommodation is split across the main deck forward, the upper deck and the bridge deck, offering 16 cabins for 36 guests as well as space for 37 crew members on the lower deck. The two master cabins are located on the bridge deck and benefit from a lounging space and an en suite with a spa pool.
A second saloon is located on the upper deck aft, with two large sofas sitting adjacent to each other, for extra relaxing space, as well as a games table. Out on the deck, there is more sun lounging space with large sunpads and coffee tables for guests to use.
The al fresco dining options are in abundance, with a large banquette sweeping the main deck aft, accompanied by a dining table, all under shading for all-weather use.
In addition to a comfortable lounge, the upper deck also holds the spa and gym, fitted with a massage chair and gym equipment in a light wood gym.
Above, the bridge deck offers another, more intimate saloon, characterised by dusty blue furnishings and a circular layout. More soft furnishings are available on the bridge deck aft for outdoor living.
Up top, the sundeck is designed as a social hub, with sunpads, sunbeds and soft furnishings placed around the expansive deck. At night, the deck can be lit up by floor lights and features an outdoor cinema. The deck also has two spa pools with optional shading, encircled by sunpads offering panoramic views.
The yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU engines and can reach a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.
