The 36.6-metre motor yacht Mamma Mia has been sold with the buyer introduced by Jason Walton of Denison Yachting and the seller represented by Jim McConville of Allied Marine.

Buillt in GRP by Italian yard Benetti to a design by Stefano Righini, Mamma Mia was delivered in 2007 as a Benetti Classic 120 model. Her warm interior by Francois Zuretti accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, two doubles and two twins with Pullman berths. All cabins have entertainment centres and ensuite bathroom facilities. In addition, there is accommodation for seven crew in four cabins.

Mamma Mia was asking $6,299,000

An interior in satin-finished mahogany contrasts with beige soft furnishings, lending her expansive main saloon the air of a gentleman’s club. Large windows feature to port and starboard and there is an entertainment centre including a 50-inch plasma television screen and a dining area forward with seating for up to ten guests.

On deck, recently refreshed teak deck areas play host to a variety of seating and lounging area for dining and unwinding. The sundeck offers an alternative spot for soaking up the sun.

Twin 1,500hp MTU diesel engines give the 299GT vessel a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 3,800 nautical miles at a gentle 11 knots. She had recently completed a $1,200,000 refit.

Mamma Mia was lying in the Bahamas and asking $6,299,000.
