Xanadu

And the first email in my inbox today is news of another price reduction, this time by Neil Cheston at Camper & Nicholsons International as Benetti's 60m motor yacht Xanadu has a pretty significant €6.5 million price cut.

Built in 2008 to an Andrew Winch design, this superyacht is Lloyds classed and ABS compliant, accommodating 12 guests in a master, VIP, two doubles and two twins. Xanadu is currently in Livorno, Italy, having a full paint job and will emerge on May 1st 2010 fresh and ready for her new owner. Previously on the market at €45 million, she's now asking €38.5 million.
