The 48.7-metre C. & G. Boatworks motor yacht Compass Rose has been listed for sale with Alex Rogers of Northrop & Johnson.
Delivered in 2011 and refitted in 2015, she is an aluminium long-range displacement yacht that will appeal to owners seeking a vessel made for global cruising. Designed by D. Marine Design, her wide silhouette and 621GT give her impressive interior volume on par with larger explorer yachts.
Living areas are spacious and comfortable owing to her 12-metre beam. Rich dark woods and contrasting pale textiles define the main saloon, which features a large lounge, a formal dining area, a full-service bar and a generous galley with a sit-up breakfast bar.
Compass Rose accommodates 10 guests across five cabins, including a king master suite, three queen VIPs and a twin cabin. All cabins include en suite facilities. Further provisions are made for a crew of 10.
A shaded al fresco dining area features forward on the upper deck, while the rest of the space is dedicated to carrying substantial tender and support inventory geared for fishing, diving and remote exploration. Compass Rose hosts a Gamefisherman walkaround tender, a Munson Pack Cat landing craft and a Zodiac RIB.
The expansive sundeck is where guests can relax and socialise on board with al fresco dining serviced by the bar and grill. A second helm sits forward, providing clear visibility ahead and panoramic views.
She cruises at 12 knots and reaches a maximum of 15 knots, powered by twin Caterpillar engines. At 10 knots, her range stretches to 9,000 nautical miles. The yacht for sale's long-range potential is supported by three 100kW generators, emergency battery reserves and extensive fuel and oil management systems.
Compass Rose is asking $25,950,000.
