Jonathan Syrett at Camper & Nicholsons tells me he's closed on his listing for sale, the 32.5 metre sailing yacht Bolero in an in-house deal.

Bolero was built in aluminium by South African yard Bolero Yachts to a design by German Frers and was delivered in 1991 as an elegant, modern classic. She had a complete refit in 2002 with further modifications made by her current owner in 2010.

Originally conceived for transatlantic cruising and for participation in superyacht regattas, she features wide, spacious and uncluttered decks.

Accommodation is for eight to 10 guests in an owner’s staterooms and three guest cabins. There is also a further twin-bunked cabin, which can serve for a nanny or extra crew. Sailing yacht Bolero has a full width saloon amidships with a dining table for eight guests, entertainment systems, satellite television and gleaming cherry woodwork throughout. The ultimate charter or family cruising yacht, she is as at home in Newport as she is in the Mediterranean.

Bolero was asking €2.2 million.
