Built in 1992 to a Jack Sarin design, Citation II sleeps six guests in three cabins and has recently had a totally upgraded new interior. Her two-boat owner has instructed Bob to cut the price by $1 million to $1.95 million, although she's not for sale to US residents while in US waters.
