Dakota

The market continues to adjust to the new global economic realities, with Alex Lees-Buckley in the Monaco office of Camper & Nicholsons telling me this morning that the asking price of Codecasa’s 49.9m Dakota has been reduced from €19.5 million to €16.9 million. Built in 2000, Dakota has an owner’s cabin and a twin on the main deck, with a further two twins and a double cabin on the lower deck, accommodating 12 guests in all. Alex also points out that Dakota has always been a private boat and never subjected to the rigours of charter parties.
