The 36.6-metre Codecasa motor yacht Junestar has been listed for sale with Jeremy Comport of Ocean Independence.
Junestar was built in Italy in 1992 with an aluminium hull and superstructure for fast cruising. She features a distinctive profile with a raised pilothouse and small hull ports that give a feeling of security.
Her design is described by the broker as being well-proportioned with a 10-guest interior, "offering tremendous accommodation for her size including a main deck master suite as well as full beam VIP, double and two twins on the lower deck."
Junestar's wood-panelled saloon is homely with full-height curtains reaching her blue, fully-carpeted sole and wooden venetian blinds. An open-plan dining area is forward, equally warm with wood trim galore. The nautical feel is reinforced by the half-models of yachts adorning the bulkheads.
The covered aft deck has a table and chairs for al fresco entertaining and dining. Up on the sun deck, there are vast areas for soaking up the sun or curling up with a good book under the shade of the Bimini top.
Twin 2,200hp MTU 12V 396 TE94 diesels give this Lloyd's classified 257GT yacht for sale a cruising speed of 19 knots, with a range of 1,800 nautical miles and a top speed of 26 knots. Her previous names, according to data from BOAT Pro, are Aquajoy, Juneluck and Good Bye.
Lying in Athens, Greece, Junestar is asking €2,450,000 with VAT paid.
