The 35.05 metre motor yacht Life of Riley has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale by Northrop & Johnson with Chuck Hovey Yachts.
Built in GRP by US yard Crescent Custom Yachts to a design by Jack Sarin, she was delivered in 1994 with a thorough refit in 2015. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite, double and twin and all cabins on this yacht for sale have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
The main deck saloon is extremely spacious, taking advantage of the full width of the generous 24' beam. The saloon is designed with a formal dining area in the forward section, a games table in the centre and a comfortable lounge area featuring an entertainment system in the aft portion. These distinct areas of the saloon are highlighted by the tasteful use of teak and bevelled glass, illuminated cabinetry, indirect soft lighting and inset lighting details.
In the sun lounge, features include a bar equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker and a breakfast nook settee that seats six for casual, convivial meals through the day.
Up on the flybridge, seating is provided for three on custom built helm chairs with additional seating for six to eight guests located both port and starboard on the custom moulded fibreglass benches. Her top speed is 22 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 2,000 nautical miles at 12 knots with power coming from two 1,525hp MTU 8V396TE94 diesel engines.
